Welcome to Life Shield Ministries page. We are a Gospel centered abortion ministry. Our ministry is based in Spokane, Washington, but we reach out to and help families world wide. Our mission is to lead individuals to Jesus, and rescue those being led to death. We minister to families considering abortion, as well as others involved, both at the abortion clinic and online. We lead with the power of the Gospel, while also offering help and connecting families to resources. We are a voice for the voiceless, by advocating for preborn babies through the word of God and education. God led Courtney Pagh to start this ministry on January 16th, 2025. So far through this ministry God has saved multiple babies, and we believe souls have also been saved. We have an amazing ministry team who is actively spreading the Gospel, and working to save lives and help families.
