About Us
Welcome to Life Shield Ministries page. We are a Gospel centered abortion ministry. Our ministry is based in Spokane, Washington, but we reach out to and help families world wide. Our mission is to lead individuals to Jesus, and rescue those being led to death. We minister to families considering abortion, as well as others involved, both at the abortion clinic and online. We lead with the power of the Gospel, while also offering help and connecting families to resources. We are a voice for the voiceless, by advocating for the rights of preborn babies through the word of God and education. We are abortion abolitionists actively fighting for the complete abolishment of abortion. God led Courtney Pagh to start this ministry on January 16th, 2025. So far through this ministry God has saved multiple babies, and we believe souls have also been saved. We have an amazing ministry team who is actively spreading the Gospel, and working to save lives and help families.

1st Trimester Abortion
Former Abortionist, Dr. Anthony Levatino explains the first trimester abortion procedure.

Medical Abortion: Abortion Pills Mifepristone (also known as RU-486)
This drug blocks the action of the hormone called "progesterone," which is naturally produced by the mother's body to enable the mother to sustain and nourish the pregnancy. When RU-486 blocks progesterone, the lining of the mother's uterus breaks down, cutting off blood and nourishment to the baby, essentially starving the baby to death. Twenty-four to forty-eight hours later, the woman ingests another drug called Misoprostol (also called Cytotec), administered orally or vaginally, which causes contractions and bleeding to expel the baby from the womb.1st Trimester Suction D&C Abortion

A suction, or aspiration, D&C abortion is a procedure in which a suction catheter is inserted into the mother’s uterus to extract the preborn baby. Tools are then used to scrape the lining of the uterus to remove any remaining parts. This procedure is performed during the first trimester, typically during five and thirteen weeks LMP (that is five to thirteen weeks after the first day of the woman’s last menstrual period).

SECOND TRIMESTER
A dilation (dilatation) and evacuation abortion, D&E, is a surgical abortion procedure during which an abortionist first dialates the woman’s cervix. The abortionist will then use tools to tear the baby’s limbs off, and crush his/her skull. The body pieces are then removed from the uterus with tools.

3rd Trimester Abortion

Induction Abortion: Injection and Stillbirth
The baby does not receive any pain medication. The baby will be given a lethal injection through the mother’s abdomen or vagina, targeting the baby’s heart, torso, or head. When the digoxin takes effect, the lethal dose causes a fatal cardiac arrest, and the baby’s life will end. (Even if the needle misses the baby, digoxin can still kill the baby when released into the amniotic sack, but will usually take longer to kill the child.). She will then be given labor-inducing drugs so she can deliver the dead body. This procedure typically takes 3-4 days. If the child does not come out whole, the procedure becomes a D&E, or a dilation and evacuation.
